It has been a wonderful 2 years as clan leader/founder of {VI}. I have met several new people and harbored several new friends during that time. Most of which, I am proud to say, I still consider to be good friends.

Over time, we had become a very strong clan.. competed in competitions, matches, and the occassional ladder. However, we accomplished so much more during that time. Our goals to play the game for the reasons it was created, simply to have fun, were never overlooked and were always met with ferocity. As with most clans, we found ourselves victims of the occassional misfit botter/cheater, but dealt with them in a fair, albeit swift manner.

Sometimes personal lives come into the overall UT game, and there really isn't a decision to make. Personal events will always overshadow the game and must be addressed accordingly. {VI} was no different. As I stuggled with issues in my personal life, I neglected my UT life and subsequently, the clan. As I faltered, so did others, and our clan unraveled and that special bond was bent. After a discussion with Strider, a decision was made to attempt to revive our failing clan and thus, the dawn of our rejuventation was born.

We recruited several new members and had a very successful return. However, it appears that the personal lives of some members were again in peril. Thus, causing our clan to lose it's momentum and fall victim to a second passing. However, this time, our votes were simply to merge with another clan and to disband our {VI} heritage.

{VI} has been my only clan and will continue to be the founding principles that I play UT for.

Member voting has determined that we wished to disband and to be 'absorbed' by another clan. Our obvious choice, and closest to our own, was {TSU}. I approached {TSU} at the beginning of the week and both their clans, and ours, voted unanimously to combine the remaining {VI} members and to form an even stronger and more unified {TSU}. I hope that the comraderie that {VI} has endured will prove to be an asset to our {TSU} bretheren.
